Master Data Management

The Spotlight application can be used for maintaining the back-end settings or lists that can support the retail banking application. This helps in showing the right content in the retail banking app, populate app level master lists, provide the base content for the entitlements to be enabled for the user, and more. Some examples of these Master Data are: different types of transfer services available, security questions that a user can choose for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Routing Numbers and associated bank list validations, list of product offerings to new customers, etc.
