Introduction to User Administration
User Administration is a user-friendly WebApplication based on Temenos UXP, with IRIS as the interaction layer that processes data from Temenos Transact. This end-to-end solution supports the management of external users and arrangements. Once created, the external user provides valid login details to E-Banking Applications such as Internet and Mobile Banking Retail accessed using any Internet-connected devices (laptops, mobiles, tablets, smartwatches, etc). While User Administration is the front-end application providing the control of administrative activities, the information is still processed and held in the appropriate Temenos Transact tables.
User Administration is designed to provide an easy-to-use front-end to deal with complex user management scenarios.
In order to create an E-Banking access, you need the following records:
- Customer: An entry in the CUSTOMER table
- Online Services Arrangement: An entry in the AA.ARRANGEMENT table derived from an AA Product, for example Internet and Mobile Banking Retail, for that given customer. A master arrangement is mandatory and one or more sub-arrangements are optional, matching the required roles that can limit the access within the master arrangement’s set of privileges and permissions
- External User: An entry in the EB.EXTERNAL.USER table for that given customer linked to their arrangements
