Engage Overview

Infinity Engage is a unique mobile financial messaging tool that helps build 1:1 digital relationships between bank employees and customers using a messaging style interface that is familiar and comfortable to users. Customers access the solution via a mobile application available in the applicable app stores, while bank agents access the solution through a browser-based interface that permits messaging with multiple customers in parallel, and provides a full messaging history.
