Application Content Management
There are several places in the end user retail banking applications where static content can be fetched from the Spotlight application instead of being hard-coded into the application. There are two primary benefits of doing this:
- The application does not have to be deployed again, in case any of this content has to be updated. Update in Terms and Conditions is a classic example for this scenario.
- The content does not have to be packaged with the application, reducing the application size
All the sections under this module provide content to the digital banking applications in relevant modules and sections.
Use the feature to manage password policies, privacy policies, T&Cs, FAQs, service outage messages, locations, and customer care information.
