Application Server

This docs explains you the installation process of the following application servers:

• JBoss
• Weblogic

JBoss

To install JBoss server, follow these steps.

1. Download the latest JBOSS server or acquire the latest UTP pack from the Temenos site that contains the JBOSS server.
2. Install the JBOSS server in your system with the support of the installation documents.
3. Go to jboss/standalone/deployments and copy the ms-servicerequest-package-j2ee-<release no>.ear file into it.
4. Start the jboss.bat.
5. After successful deployment, access the business APIs of the Service Request microservice by using the port 9089. 9089 is the default port of JBoss.

Weblogic

To install the Weblogic server, follow these steps.

1. Install the Oracle WebLogic server
2. After successful installation, create a domain in the Oracle server with the help of Oracle documents.
3. Start the server.
4. Open the http://localhost:9001/console URL. A screen appears.
5. Click Install and deploy the ms-servicerequest-package-j2ee-<release no>.ear file. After the successful deployment, the status in the deployment table is displayed as OK. The OK status indicates that the EAR file is successfully installed and deployed.

   You can now execute the Service Request APIs.
